Kristine made our first time home buying process absolutely wonderful. She was always available for us, did many late evening showings in multiple different cities, and was even so great with our kids while we did walk throughs. We had some issues towards the end with the mortgage company we were using and Kristine was extremely advocative for us, communicating daily with the mortgage company and working with the home seller for extensions and even an early move in date before closing. Buying a house is like a roller coaster it was crazy & houses we're selling fast cbh homes told her that some houses were available but on the website they had been marked as reserved so when putting in an offer right after seeing them they would be gone already because they were taken I'm not sure why cbh does that. Kristine was a lot of help and fast to respond when I had questions, I'm sure she had a lot of people she was working with. It was nice working with her.
