Buying a house is like a roller coaster it was crazy & houses we're selling fast cbh homes told her that some houses were available but on the website they had been marked as reserved so when putting in an offer right after seeing them they would be gone already because they were taken I'm not sure why cbh does that. Kristine was a lot of help and fast to respond when I had questions, I'm sure she had a lot of people she was working with. It was nice working with her.

We hired Kristine to be our rental agent and she was absolutely wonderful. She kept us apprised of every situation very expeditiously and was always ready to give us the advice we needed. Great property manager. Then it came time for us to sell the property and wow!! She was on the job and had our property sold within a few days. She is a professional and has a great attitude. Kristine Lee was referred to us by another satisfied clients of hers who happen to be our friends. They sold their house a year ago. At that time, selling our house wasn’t even an option but being in the military, we know that sooner or later, we will be PCS’d as well, which did happen. I can’t say enough good things about Kristine. She has great knowledge of all aspects of the housing industry, always has open and prompt communication, goes beyond the extra mile, and is always friendly and professional. Highly highly recommend! We just bought our second home from her. Homes like what we wanted (larger, on land, closer to the base) are so rarely available in this small town, especially recently. I had been watching Zillow for a year, and there was just nothing. But once I told Kristine it was time for us to move, she was proactive and tenacious, went out, asked around, and quickly found something perfect that wasn’t even available yet. Because of how well the first house hunt and purchase went (from another state, sight unseen), I had a good deal of trust in her. So we made an aggressive offer sight unseen, a month before the house was due on the market. We had to wait a bit longer to move in, but we got the impossible house! Everything about this process has been amazing yet again! As for my old house, which we are renting out, she also does property management, which I am very happy about, because I already know and trust her. That has also been a very smooth and easy process. Kristine was absolutely wonderful to work with and she did an amazing job for my family. I had to purchase sight unseen so I was relying on her 100% to help me get a great home, and that's exactly what I got. She gave me video walk-throughs of any of the homes I was interested in and told me about the neighborhoods. She kept me up to date on any new homes that appeared on the market that fit my criteria. Her opinions and local knowledge were invaluable as I had never been to this town before. She helped me work through issues with my lender and made sure everything went as smooth as possible. She was very quick to respond to any of my questions. She is friendly, professional, and a go-getter! I would absolutely work with her again and recommend her very highly!

If you are wondering if you should use Kristine for your home purchase/sell, the answer is YES you should.. She is not only one of the most friendly and kind person I have met, she is an amazing agent!! We ran her ragged looking at homes for us to purchase. We must’ve had her do a video walk-through is on at least 10 homes in a matter of a month, and she was honest and was never just “trying to get the sell”. She did nothing but offer her help and always be there at any house we needed her at. When I buy my next home I definitely will be working with Kristine!

Kristine is amazing at what she does. My wife and I did a PCS move from Mtn Home to Florida last August.
